I love the product I got but unfortunately the customer service and communication is lacking. I ordered a ring in April and didn’t receive it until June. I sent back for an exchange in size and didn’t receive until beginning of September. I understand some products may take longer because of their custom nature but the company didn’t communicate with me regarding these delays. I had to send several emails only to find out minimal information. I don’t know if I’ll order again due to this inconvenient process and lack of communication.

Insanely delayed shipping times. Ordered mid July. Arrived mid Sept. All for a pair of gold hoops. Absolutely ridiculous.

Every experience I have had with this brand has been unfortunately terrible. First of all you can only contact them via email and cannot talk to a customer service representative. When you do contact them via email they either don’t get back to you at all or they take two-three days to get back to you. Their orders here take forever to come. My last two orders have taken over 3 months and no one ever updates you on the status of your order. Additionally their products are not worth the amount they charge. Everything I have purchased from them has been low end quality. I am still currently waiting for my green travel pouch that I ordered back in June. At this rate they should comp your order entirely for the inconvenience and inconsistent service. Outside of waiting for my order to come still, I will not be shopping with them again.

The one piece of jewelry I ever did decide to buy from them was underwhelming, since I don't like the quality, I sent it back for return. The return process is even worse. When I sent 1 email to check in on status, they took the full 3 business days to write back to say don't send us multiple emails, it takes 21-25 business days to process returns (original return confirmation stated 15 business days), so don't ask again.
Ok. Lesson learned.

Purchased a ring. The transaction was smooth but sadly the product came warped. Clearly no quality control, it's so visibly bent there's no way no one noticed. The box the ring came in was undamaged and in perfect condition so it obviously didn't happen in transit. Dissapointing. Will never buy from them again.
